ﯜ ﯝ ﯞ ﯟ ﯠ ﯡ ﯢ ﯣ ﯤ ﯥ ﯦ ﯧ

هل اتى على الانسان حين من الدهر لم يكن شييا مذكورا ۱

wahiduddin	Was there not a period of time when man was nothing worth mentioning?

76:1

ﯨ ﯩ ﯪ ﯫ ﯬ ﯭ ﯮ ﯯ ﯰ ﯱ ﯲ

انا خلقنا الانسان من نطفة امشاج نبتليه فجعلناه سميعا بصيرا ۲

wahiduddin	We created man from a drop of mingled fluid so that We might try him; We gave him hearing and sight;

76:2

ﯳ ﯴ ﯵ ﯶ ﯷ ﯸ ﯹ ﯺ

انا هديناه السبيل اما شاكرا واما كفورا ۳

wahiduddin	We showed him the way, whether he be grateful or ungrateful.

76:3

ﯻ ﯼ ﯽ ﯾ ﯿ ﰀ ﰁ

انا اعتدنا للكافرين سلاسل واغلالا وسعيرا ۴

wahiduddin	[Now,] behold, for those who deny the truth, We have prepared chains, iron collars and a blazing fire, but

76:4

ﰂ ﰃ ﰄ ﰅ ﰆ ﰇ ﰈ ﰉ ﰊ

ان الابرار يشربون من كاس كان مزاجها كافورا ۵

wahiduddin	the righteous shall drink from a cup mixed with the coolness of kafur,

76:5

ﭑ ﭒ ﭓ ﭔ ﭕ ﭖ ﭗ ﭘ

عينا يشرب بها عباد الله يفجرونها تفجيرا ۶

wahiduddin	a spring from which God's servants will drink, making it gush forth in branches.

76:6

ﭙ ﭚ ﭛ ﭜ ﭝ ﭞ ﭟ ﭠ

يوفون بالنذر ويخافون يوما كان شره مستطيرا ۷

wahiduddin	They keep their vows and fear a day the woe of which will spread far and wide;

76:7

ﭡ ﭢ ﭣ ﭤ ﭥ ﭦ ﭧ ﭨ

ويطعمون الطعام على حبه مسكينا ويتيما واسيرا ۸

wahiduddin	they give food, despite their love for it, to the poor and orphans and captives,

76:8

ﭩ ﭪ ﭫ ﭬ ﭭ ﭮ ﭯ ﭰ ﭱ ﭲ ﭳ

انما نطعمكم لوجه الله لا نريد منكم جزاء ولا شكورا ۹

wahiduddin	saying, "We feed you for the sake of God alone, we seek neither recompense nor thanks from you.

76:9

ﭴ ﭵ ﭶ ﭷ ﭸ ﭹ ﭺ ﭻ

انا نخاف من ربنا يوما عبوسا قمطريرا ۱۰

wahiduddin	Truly, we fear from our Lord a woefully grim Day."

76:10

ﭼ ﭽ ﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ

فوقاهم الله شر ذالك اليوم ولقاهم نضرة وسرورا ۱۱

wahiduddin	Therefore, God will ward off from them the woes of that Day, and make them find brightness and joy,

76:11

ﮅ ﮆ ﮇ ﮈ ﮉ ﮊ

وجزاهم بما صبروا جنة وحريرا ۱۲

wahiduddin	and their reward for being patient will be a Garden and silk [clothing].

76:12

ﮋ ﮌ ﮍ ﮎ ﮏ ﮐ ﮑ ﮒ ﮓ ﮔ ﮕ ﮖ

متكيين فيها على الارايك ۖ لا يرون فيها شمسا ولا زمهريرا ۱۳

wahiduddin	Reclining upon couches, they will find therein neither the heat of the sun nor bitter, biting cold,

76:13

ﮗ ﮘ ﮙ ﮚ ﮛ ﮜ ﮝ

ودانية عليهم ظلالها وذللت قطوفها تذليلا ۱۴

wahiduddin	the shading branches of trees will come down low over them, and their clusters of fruit, will hang down where they are the easiest to reach.

76:14

ﮞ ﮟ ﮠ ﮡ ﮢ ﮣ ﮤ ﮥ ﮦ

ويطاف عليهم بانية من فضة واكواب كانت قواريرا ۱۵

wahiduddin	Vessels of silver and goblets of pure crystal will be passed round among them

76:15

ﮧ ﮨ ﮩ ﮪ ﮫ ﮬ

قوارير من فضة قدروها تقديرا ۱۶

wahiduddin	and gleaming silver goblets which have been filled to the exact measure,

76:16

ﮭ ﮮ ﮯ ﮰ ﮱ ﯓ ﯔ

ويسقون فيها كاسا كان مزاجها زنجبيلا ۱۷

wahiduddin	and they will be given a cup to drink flavoured with ginger,

76:17

ﯕ ﯖ ﯗ ﯘ ﯙ

عينا فيها تسمى سلسبيلا ۱۸

wahiduddin	from a flowing spring called Salsabil.

76:18

ﯚ ﯛ ﯜ ﯝ ﯞ ﯟ ﯠ ﯡ ﯢ ﯣ ﯤ

۞ ويطوف عليهم ولدان مخلدون اذا رايتهم حسبتهم لولوا منثورا ۱۹

wahiduddin	They will be attended by youths who will not age -- when you see them you will think them to be like sprinkled pearls --

76:19

ﯥ ﯦ ﯧ ﯨ ﯩ ﯪ ﯫ ﯬ

واذا رايت ثم رايت نعيما وملكا كبيرا ۲۰

wahiduddin	wherever you look, you will see bliss and a great kingdom:

76:20

ﯭ ﯮ ﯯ ﯰ ﯱ ﯲ ﯳ ﯴ ﯵ ﯶ ﯷ ﯸ ﯹ ﯺ ﯻ

عاليهم ثياب سندس خضر واستبرق ۖ وحلوا اساور من فضة وسقاهم ربهم شرابا طهورا ۲۱

wahiduddin	they will wear green garments of fine silk and rich brocade. They will be adorned with silver bracelets. And their Lord will give them a pure drink.

76:21

ﯼ ﯽ ﯾ ﯿ ﰀ ﰁ ﰂ ﰃ ﰄ

ان هاذا كان لكم جزاء وكان سعيكم مشكورا ۲۲

wahiduddin	This is your reward. Your endeavour is fully acknowledged.

76:22

ﰅ ﰆ ﰇ ﰈ ﰉ ﰊ ﰋ

انا نحن نزلنا عليك القران تنزيلا ۲۳

wahiduddin	Truly, it is We who have revealed to you the Quran, a gradual revelation.

76:23

ﰌ ﰍ ﰎ ﰏ ﰐ ﰑ ﰒ ﰓ ﰔ ﰕ

فاصبر لحكم ربك ولا تطع منهم اثما او كفورا ۲۴

wahiduddin	So wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and do not yield to anyone among them who is sinful or ungrateful;

76:24

ﰖ ﰗ ﰘ ﰙ ﰚ ﰛ

واذكر اسم ربك بكرة واصيلا ۲۵

wahiduddin	and glorify your Lord morning and evening;

76:25

ﭑ ﭒ ﭓ ﭔ ﭕ ﭖ ﭗ ﭘ

ومن الليل فاسجد له وسبحه ليلا طويلا ۲۶

wahiduddin	and during the night prostrate ourself before Him, and extol His glory for a long part of the night.

76:26

ﭙ ﭚ ﭛ ﭜ ﭝ ﭞ ﭟ ﭠ ﭡ

ان هاولاء يحبون العاجلة ويذرون وراءهم يوما ثقيلا ۲۷

wahiduddin	Those people [who are unmindful of God] aspire for immediate gains, and put behind them a Heavy Day.

76:27

ﭢ ﭣ ﭤ ﭥ ﭦ ﭧ ﭨ ﭩ ﭪ ﭫ ﭬ

نحن خلقناهم وشددنا اسرهم ۖ واذا شينا بدلنا امثالهم تبديلا ۲۸

wahiduddin	It was We who created them and made their constitution strong, but if We wish we can replace them with others like them.

76:28

ﭭ ﭮ ﭯ ﭰ ﭱ ﭲ ﭳ ﭴ ﭵ ﭶ ﭷ

ان هاذه تذكرة ۖ فمن شاء اتخذ الى ربه سبيلا ۲۹

wahiduddin	This is a reminder. Let whoever wishes, take the right path to his Lord.

76:29

ﭸ ﭹ ﭺ ﭻ ﭼ ﭽ ﭾ ﭿ ﮀ ﮁ ﮂ ﮃ ﮄ

وما تشاءون الا ان يشاء الله ۚ ان الله كان عليما حكيما ۳۰

wahiduddin	But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise --

76:30

ﮅ ﮆ ﮇ ﮈ ﮉ ﮊ ﮋ ﮌ ﮍ ﮎ ﮏ ﮐ

يدخل من يشاء في رحمته ۚ والظالمين اعد لهم عذابا اليما ۳۱

wahiduddin	He admits whoever He will into His grace and has prepared a painful punishment for the evil doers.

76:31
